An AI Ambassador is a real person dedicated to helping you from setup to ongoing success.

What to Expect with Your AI Ambassador:

  • Custom Setup: Your pilot account is set up according to your needs, with templates pre-configured to fit your team’s workflows
  • Personalized Walkthrough: A short video that guides you through your setup with examples based on your specific use cases
  • On-Demand Support: Reach out at any time through email or “Contact Us” option on the platform to ask questions or request assistance
  • Hands-On Assistance: Need help connecting to Zapier, tweaking a workflow, or getting a quick tip? Your Ambassador is here for all of it

You can reach your AI Ambassador directly from inside Plansom:

  1. Click your profile icon on the top-right corner
  2. Click on the “Contact Us” option
  3. Choose your request type
  • Help Request: for setup, navigation, or feature support
  • Product Suggestion: to share an idea or improvement
  • Billing / Account Support: for access or subscription queries
  1. Write your message and click Submit

Once you submit your request, an AI Ambassador is automatically assigned to you. They will reach out through your registered email to assist you.
