4.5.3. Messaging
Most tools scatter conversations away from the work. In Plansom, messaging happens in the context of each goal. That way, discussions and decisions stay tied to the work they affect.
How to set up a thread inside Plansom
- Click on the specific goal or task for which you want to create a thread
- In the bottom right, click on the Go to chat option, and a thread will be created
