4.1.3. Recording Outcomes

A goal only matters if you can see whether it worked. That is why every task and goal in Plansom ends with an outcome. Recording outcomes keeps progress visible.

In Plansom, we use three simple steps to grade outcomes:

• Epic – Better than expected
• OK – Goal met as planned
• Miss – Goal not achieved

This makes outcomes visible.

• Open the task you’re working on
• Click Outcome
• Select Epic, OK, or Miss from the dropdown menu
