4.5.1. Assigning Goals & Tasks

Ownership must be clear, or progress drifts. In Plansom, every goal and task can be easily assigned to the right person.

Steps

  • Open a goal or task
  • Click Assign Owner
  • Select the teammate responsible
  • Click Save. Ownership is now visible to the whole team
